A customer noticed that the paging widget appeared correctly on the main category page but was missing on subcategory pages. Although adjusting the "Show XX items" setting allowed all products to display, they wanted the paging widget to function consistently across all pages. They sought guidance on which page to edit or another possible solution.
osCommerce Support Team's Solution:
- Double-click on the "Product Listing" selection to load the page.
- Locate the product listings widget and click the pencil icon to edit its settings.
- Compare the original Watch theme settings with the customer's custom theme settings (MWW2).
- Apply the necessary changes to match the correct configuration.
After making the adjustments, the paging widget appeared as expected within the subcategory pages.
