The support team provided a step-by-step guide on using the batch function in the admin panel to mass move products:
- Navigate to Products/Catalogue -> Products (Brands/Categories) in the admin panel.
- Select the category containing the products to be moved.
- In the Categories/Products section, check the batch box to mark all products.
- Click the Move button.
- In the pop-up window, open the Move to drop-down list and select the target category.
- Choose the Move product option and confirm by clicking Yes.
The customer successfully moved their products and appreciated the quick and effective solution.
