Accessing the Admin Area To get started, log in to your website's admin area. Here, you'll find all the tools you need to manage your warehouses seamlessly.

Navigating to Warehouse Management Once logged in, head to the "Products/Catalogue" and "Warehouse(s)" tabs.

Key Actions for Warehouse Management Here are the primary actions you can take to streamline your warehouse management process:

1. Filtering Warehouses: You can filter your warehouses by name and by sales channel, making it easier to locate specific warehouses within your network.
2. Adding a New Warehouse: To expand your warehousing capabilities, click the "Add New Warehouse" button.
3. Editing or Managing a Warehouse: Click on an existing warehouse, and you'll find options to edit its details or manage its locations.

Managing Location Blocks Within your warehouses, you can manage location blocks to organize and optimize your storage space efficiently.

• Adding a New Block: Click the "Manage Location Blocks" button to add a new block, which can represent a specific area or section within the warehouse.
• Editing and Deleting Blocks: You can edit block names and delete current blocks by selecting the block and using the corresponding buttons.

Configuring Warehouse Details While adding or editing a warehouse, you'll have the opportunity to provide essential information:

• Warehouse Owner's Name: Specify the name of the warehouse owner or manager.
• Warehouse Name: Assign a name to the warehouse for easy identification.
• "Is Store" Flag: Indicate whether the warehouse serves as a retail store (yes or no).
• "Default" Warehouse: Mark a warehouse as the default option, which is useful for fulfillment processes.
• Sales Channel Assignment: Define which sales channels are associated with the warehouse.
• Contact Information: Provide contact details such as email address, phone number, and landline phone number.
• Company Information: Enter company details, including the company name, tax/VAT number, company number, and address.
• Additional Shipping Charges: Specify any extra shipping charges for orders fulfilled from this warehouse.

Managing Warehouse Locations Within your warehouse, you can organize location blocks to enhance storage efficiency.

• Rearrange Blocks: Easily move location blocks by dragging and dropping them to the desired positions.
• Fill in Information: Provide the necessary details within each location block to ensure accurate inventory management.
