Accessing Giveaway Options: While adding/editing products, navigate to the Marketing tab and then to the Give-away tab.
Enabling Giveaway Option: Switch on the Giveaway option, and set start and end dates (if the end date field is empty, this functionality will never expire).
Configuring Order Total Giveaways: Under the Order Total tab, set the required order amount to qualify for a giveaway. Specify the number of giveaway products for this order amount.

4. Utilizing Buy and Get Free Offers: In the Buy and Get Free tab, specify the quantity customers need to purchase to get a giveaway product. Define the number of giveaway products for this quantity. You can also enable/disable the use of free products in quantity discounts. Add or delete giveaway options as needed.

Working with Giveaways

Accessing Giveaway Tools: Go to My Marketing Tools and then Give Away tabs to filter, edit, delete, or add new giveaways.

2. Adding a New Giveaway: Click on the Add New button and select the product you want to offer as a giveaway.

The rest of the settings are the same as on the Marketing tab for adding/editing giveaway products, except for the option to select a group.
