Random Number Generation Implementation
David Garcia Watkins updated the random number generation logic to wrap-around a custom function that handles the seeding of the random number generator.
Random numbers that are generated are now truely random as the seeding is now done only once in the wrap-around function.
Shipping/Payment Module Zones Discussion
A new feature was provided to the COD payment module which allows the module to be assigned a Zone. When an order is being delivered to a country that does not exist in the assigned zone, the COD payment module will be disabled runtime and will not be made an option for the customer to choose.
The zone is built upon logic that currently exists and is utilizing the Tax Zones feature.
There is a discussion on the forums regarding this implementation, if the implementation is agreed on the Tax Zones section will be renamed as it would no longer be tax specific, and the feature will be added to the other modules.

Customer Greeting Update
Mark Evans updated the customer greeting feature so that the customer is only greeted when they are logged on.
This should prevent customers being confused when they are being greeted but have not actually logged on yet.
