Websites, product and service companies frequently offer newsletters, blogs, and press releases that customers can subscribe to. By adding their email address to the mailing list, the customer receives all content sent to that list.
Subscribers module offers the following functionalities to manage subscribers:
Administrators can
view subscriber information,
including first and last names, email address, subscription date and time, and subscription status. They can also
update subscriber details and subscription status.
It is possible to
export subscribers to CSV and delete them in bulk
by using batch actions.
Filter tools allow administrators to
search subscribers by first/last names, email address, subscriber ID,
or a combination of these. They can
search subscribers within pre-selected time ranges or specific dates.
It is possible to
use filtered searches by confirmed or unconfirmed subscriber status,
and additionally
apply subscribers search by subscriptions
(e-newsletter parts).
Besides, administrators can
search subscribers by sales channels,
and search results can be exported to a CSV file.
