This module is available both in the backend and on the front end. In the backend, users can access it with the Sales Channels tab, Configuration button for the required front end, and Bazaarvoice option from the drop-down list. On the front end, it is available on the product and product listing pages.
Widgets and pages:
Widgets are built directly into the website and are not installed with the tool. The product page has the Bazaarvoice rating summary widget, while the product listing page has two widgets: Bazaarvoice rating inline and Bazaarvoice reviews. After configuration, users must manually add these widgets to the respective pages. |
